- How to establish business with PST?
Please send enquiry to sales@chinapst.com. And tell us what kind of our security products are you interested in; after our sales will reply you with details in time;
- How to place order to PST?
Step 1: Please tell us which models you want to order and how many quantities for each model;
Step 2: Your sales representative in PST will prepare the proforma invoice for you. Which will include the total goods cost, total shipping cost and PST bank account details;
Step 3: You transfer the payment to PST by the total amount mentioned in the proforma invoice, and then send the bank copy to PST at early time. Your bank copy will enable your sales representative in PST to arrange the production for you here earlier;
Step 4: When PST received your payment, PST will arrange the shipment to you in time;
- How to make the payment to PST?
Our payment term: T/T in advance;
Our payment methods: Bank wire transfer, Western Union, Money Gram;
- How is PST’s lead time?
Sample order: 1-3 days after received full payment;
Bulk order: 5-10 days after received full payment;
Warm welcome OEM/ODM.
- How PST arrange shipment for the customers?
1, for samples order, usually we will ship the order by express (DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT and EMS, airmail is optional), if the customer did not assign any one of them, then we will compare the price of these five express couriers and use the cheapest one for our customers;
2, for bulk order, we can ship the goods to the customers by express, by air and by sea;
3, If customer has their own appointed forwarder, we only quote EXW price;
- How is PST after sales service?
Step 1: After you received the goods from PST, if you have any questions and comments to our goods, you can communicate with your sales representative in PST at any time;
Step 2: If you have some very technical questions want to communicate with our engineers. Please feel free to send e-mail to techsupport@chinapst.com. Our engineers will reply you as soon as they can;
- How is the warranty of PST?
1: all of our products have two year warranty and whole life maintenance;
2: If any spare parts are faulty within warranty period, we can ship them to the customer free in their next order;
3: PST will not be responsible for any damages caused by dismantling and wrong operation etc;
